To make and receive calls each of the employees should have a SIP-line. To add a SIP line:

choose the number for outbound calls (if you haven't connected at least one, you will be unable to create a sip-line). Select the number of lines (we recommend 2) and save the settings.

jump to Employees > Softphone user, enable Softphone and add credentials (login and password);
send the credentials to your employee;
